Job Description

  • The Business Development Manager (B2B) for the Overseas Educational Industry will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence in the international education sector. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting educational opportunities abroad.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and target potential B2B clients including educational institutions, agencies, and Educational Consultancy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the overseas educational industry, including educational consultants, agents, and international schools.
  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and KPIs, including lead generation, client presentations, and negotiation of contracts.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to B2B clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to inform business strategies and decision-making.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes and strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the educational sector.
  • Strong understanding of the overseas educational industry, including knowledge of study abroad programs, visa regulations and academic pathways.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
