PURPOSE AND SCOPE :-
To drive the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities, building
relationships with existing partners and to play critical role in expanding the company's market
presence and enhancing its revenue through new partnerships.
Main Duties :-
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Business Development Manager to help us
in building our business. Business Development Manager responsibilities include travelling,
discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining B2B Clients
satisfaction. Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute
to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in
the market.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through travelling, cold calling, networking and
social media.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains relationships with B2B Clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from partners and share with internal teams.
About the Candidate :-
The ideal candidate is a proactive and strategic thinker with at least 3-4 years experience in
Study Abroad Sector (Preferably in B2B Domain).
Candidate must possess excellent.
Interpersonal skills and communication abilities for effective presentations and negotiations.
Candidate must be a self-starter and be willing to travel extensively.
Requirements :-
Bachelor's degree or above.
Proven experience in sales (Preferably B2B).
Proficiency in English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
