Senior HR Executive and Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities

Senior HR Executive is a Middle Level position that involves the following Roles and Responsibilities.

1. Map Vacancies Across all Departments and Plan and Executive Recruitments to Fill these Vacancies
2. Use the best available medium to identify, advertise and select the best candidate for the job 
3. Handle Documentation Attendance, Payroll Processing/Payroll Management, Employee Induction, Performance Management, Leave Management and employee engagement activities
4. Map Training Opportunities for staff and suggest, organize and execute training programs 
5. Handle Government Regulatory documents and ensure they are up to date
6. Foster Good Working Environments at both office and factory that allows all staff to function at their best level 

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidate Must have Experience in the above job Profile function preferably with a Manufacturing Company for a minimum of 5 Years
2. Formal degree or specialization in HR is a must
3. Strong Written, Interpersonal and communications skills to work with teams and individuals at Various levels within the Organization.
4. Excellent Organizational skills , Strong communication skills ,  Computer Skills (MS Word, MS Excel) 
5. Strong eye for detail, Peoples person and able to work independently 
6. Ability to diagnose and successfully handle complex employee relations and organizational development issues
7. Understanding the general human resources policies and procedure  
8. Understand the regulatory requirements and be able to satisfy them 

Location: Chennai and In and around (Candidates should be ready to relocate to near by areas)
