Job Details
5+ years of experience as a software engineer with in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
Proficient in analyzing user behaviour and product funnels, adept at driving decisions based on data.
Skilled in gathering & prioritizing requirements, developing features, gathering feedback, and making user-centric improvements.
Hands-on experience with integrated development environments IDES (VS Code, Eclipse, JetBrains etc.), Requirements management tools (Aha, Jira etc.), DevOps tools (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins etc.), Testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright etc.) Adaptability and proactive engagement in a startup atmosphere, thriving in fast-paced environments.
Deep understanding of software design, architecture, and deployment processes
Experience in product companies with a track record of bringing flagship developer tools, test automation products, DevOps products, and other AI/ML-driven software to market
Excel in teamwork and project management, with outstanding communication skills.
Degree in Computer Science, Al/ML, Data Science, or Cognitive Science
Working knowledge of AI/ML & Gen Al technologies, frameworks, and tools
Experience in working with Large & Small Language Models (LLMs & SLMs), Fine-tuning Models, RAG techniques, and Prompt Engineering
Proficient in developing content to help customers understand and use product capabilities.
Analyze market trends and build a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
Develop and conduct technical field training for sales teams and customers.
Participate in pre-sales customer meetings, demos, presentations, and proof of concepts.
