AEM Functional Business Analyst - Content Management System

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled AEM Functional Business Analyst with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, functional testing of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and experience with content management systems. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, define test scenarios, and ensure the successful implementation of AEM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

- Perform functional testing of AEM applications to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.

- Define and execute test scenarios and cases to validate AEM solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AEM solutions that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.

- Utilize tools such as Selenium and Python for automated testing and data analysis.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to AEM processes and functionalities.

- Provide support during the implementation phase and post-deployment to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis activities, specifically with AEM.

- Strong understanding of content management systems and AEM functionalities.

- Experience in functional testing and knowledge of testing methodologies.

- Proficiency in Selenium and Python for automation and testing purposes.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
