Should have worked as Business Analyst/ Consultant for implementing end to end lending solutions, in general and Loan Management System (LMS), in particular, at least for 5 years.
Candidates who have worked in the Loan Operations Department of Bank/ NBFC for 5 years or Lending Business Analyst in Bank/ NBFC can be considered.
Candidates with an academic background in commerce and accounts will be preferred.
Should have hands-on experience of end-to-end loan life cycle management inclusive of but not limited to Product and Masters Configuration, Loan Account Creation, Disbursement, Accruals & Due Creation, Repayments (Mandate Based and Adhoc), Banking Presentation & Representation, Treatment of Excess Repayments, Prepayments, Charges, Loan Reschedule, Maturity Closure, Foreclosure, Delinquency, Loan Accounting, End/ Beginning of Day/ Month/ Year, etc.
Should have conducted or participated in conduct of client product walkthrough sessions, gathering and analyzing Business Requirements, mapping of requirement to product, figuring out gaps, preparing Business Requirement and Function Solution Documents.
Should have worked with cross functional teams. Suitable candidate will have to work with various cross functional teams like Product/ Development Team (for providing knowledge on requirements), Quality Assurance (for validating test scenarios and their completeness, participate in triage calls and provide clarifications).
Desired candidate will have to conduct trainings and workshops, for system user, before start of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and will have to support UAT to its completion.
Candidate will have to prepare documents like user manuals and other training materials for UAT support.
Desirable candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills.
