Project Manager R & D

We are looking for a Project Manager who will lead R&D projects at Business Stream Key Components. The position will manage the assigned R&D projects within the framework of the budget, time schedule, quality, and scope, contributing to the strengthening of the Key Component portfolio.
The Project manager will coordinate the project teams to ensure efficient cooperation, project efficiency and wellbeing including coaching and team building.

This position will be based in Chakan, Pune and report to the Business Stream Director.

Overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project result.
Secure project deliverables according to project charter

Work breakdown and planning the project into phases to fulfil the plan and meet the project tollgates and milestones in full according to time, budget and quality.
Identify, develop risk response plan, monitor and control project risks.
Identify, engage and manage internal and external project stakeholders.
Secure project communication and documentation according to project communication plan.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Project Management from a manufacturing industry

• Experience from working in an international setting with stakeholders from different business cultures

• Certified as a PMP is advantageous

• Knowledge and experience from designing or manufacturing of food equipment is an advantage

• Proven track record to manage major regional projects and cost control preferably in Processing Equipment / Manufacturing Plants projects

• Sound financial and Project Cost Management knowledge

• Strong Communication Skills to interact with regional customers, high energy level and a passion for assigned tasks

• Driven attitude, motivated and a self starter

• Very good command in English
