? We are looking for a Business Expert SAM to be part of our Sales Management team who will drive Sales and Customer Management (S&CM) process excellence, governance and maturity by building capability, adoption of tools & reports in frontline roles. ?
? This position will be permanently based in Chakan, Pune.
? Drive S&CM Process Governance & Maturity in the market:
? Support S&CM Market process driver in being the voice of S&CM in the market leadership team (MLT)
? Drive focus on building S&CM process, capability, tools & data by setting ambitions linked to market needs, agreed action plan & milestone review (lead/ lag indicator)
? Define & follow up on annual target for each process KPIs and proactively drive awareness in MLT and agree on actions for improvement
? Build frontline capability and be first line of support for end-users:
? Be the local center of excellence for assigned sales processes vis Account Planning & Management, Value Selling, Customer Experience, Sales forecasting, Smart Sales and/ or coordination for B2Bi, credit management and collection etc
? Drive adoption of process, tools and report by training and supporting the end-users
? Drive cadence and regular follow up on process deliverables, agreed action plan and documentation of the same, when required
? Best practice sharing with the global network and bringing the good practices to local markets
? Drive Improvements - local and global rollouts
? Be the voice of market in the global S&CM process network
? Lead implementation, training and communication of new/ changes related to S&CM processes in the market
? Coordinate raising and closure of tickets related to sales processes, tools, data etc
? Conduct maturity assessment, align with central team on gaps and improvement actions and end-user training support, where required
? Collect end-user feedback and channelise continuous improvement requirements to the central S&CM process team
? Improve Master Data Quality:
? Be responsible for timely entry of data into the respective tools/ platforms and coordination of mass uploads
? Continuously drive data quality improvement across 3 businesses L/ D?
