The OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Components team within Factory Sustainable Solutions and OEM Components, Business Sector KCPSCM in PSE, is recruiting a Senior Assistant Product Manager & Site Coordinator for the Support Team at the Indian site. The OEM Components team is responsible for our global product portfolio of OEM components such as pumps, valves, measuring instruments, electrical & automation and integration components. The portfolio thus includes components purchased from selected suppliers. We drive the continuous improvement of the OEM portfolio to ensure competitiveness and to support business strategies whilst complying to Tetra Pak standards and legal requirements.
This is a dual role which consists of two parts. We expect that 40% of your time is spent on team coordination and 60% is spent on the Senior Assistant Product Manager tasks. In this position you have no direct reports. In the role of site coordinator, you may represent the team in various forums. The position is permanent and based in Chakan, Pune India and you will report to the Manager Support Team.
What you will do
As our Senior Assistant Product Manager Site Coordinator, you will;
Coordinate the daily activities within the Support Team based in India.
Support the team and drive for continuous improvements in way of working.
In the creation of Maintenance and Spare Parts document (MaSP) take lead of the linking of Preventive Maintenance Recommendations (PMR) and Spare Parts (SP) and make the internal review check.
Ownership of selected OEM Lab. Off/Product groups when only support function is needed.
Manage escalated issues and claims.
First line support on Queries, Issue handling and claims with assured quality.
Support internal stakeholders with technical support.
Maintain product documentation, including Hygienic Declaration (HYD), Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and MaSP.
Support new assortment introduction activities.
Lead product creation / cancellation / change / cleansing activities and ensure Master Data quality.
Responsibility to review and update of faulty UNSPSC classification.
Map gaps and develop material for internal training of the Support Team.
Train new employees/resources in the Support Team.
We believe you have
University bachelor s degree within engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation / Process/Food or other relevant education combined with relevant work experience.
You enjoy working with people and you have good interpersonal skills.
Experience of back-office processes and ERP systems (SAP/R3) is an advantage.
Fluent English language knowledge and good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong MS Office skills, Advance excel skills.
Open to change and to learn new tools and ways of working.
Strong time management skills to deliver on time and with good quality within your areas of responsibility.
