If you re Planning Engineer based in India, who have experience of Order handling and Production planning. Our order flow is an engineering to order, where you will be the link between engineering/sales and production also in between global and local. In the role of Planning Engineer, you work cross-functionally to develop and improve PC supply chain performance.
You need to Perform autonomously activities related to material and/or production planning in order to meet agreed deadlines, maximizing the production utilization and meet the forecasted production volumes. Contribute to customer order delivery fulfilment. Manage production orders from order receipt to delivery.
Capacity planning and management to meet the demand in the workload
Detailed Scheduling of orders in SAP APO
Deliver production orders with the right quality & cost and at the agreed deadline
Coordinate resources and activities within and between production segments
Coordinate material management with Logistics team
Develop, implement, govern & execute system for capacity planning, inventory management, BOM preparation, material planning, production planning & cost estimations
Drive Supply Chain performance improvements and losses eradication to increase customer order fulfilment and value perceived by customer
Bachelor in Engineering/Technology, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial or Production.
Experience: 7 years
Stakeholder management and good collaboration skill
Excellent IT skills and are preferably an advanced user of MS Excel, Power Bi
Excellent analytical skill
Knowledge of SAP system
Knowledge of WCM
Fluent in written and spoken communication in English
