 If you re an Project Coordinator based in India, who can lead activities in Project sales, procurement, logistics and timely delivery of products and services for PSE Projects Under guidance and support in reverse logistics activities including coordination with Renovation Centre and the scrapping process, you might be seeing an opportunity that others aren t.

 Perform the sale, external ordering and coordination and timely delivery of relevant parts, tools, service, materials and equipment. Execute relevant purchase to payment and invoicing activities according to Corporate Governance policy. Under expert guidance, manage importation to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
 Responsible for outbound and local logistics to deliver PSE projects on-time, work with the confirmed forwarders handling customs clearance and arranging local shipments according to project timeline.
 Close collaboration with PS&C Supply team, respective project centres, SuM and other relevant organizations.
 Comply with global standards, processes, local and legal requirements. Update Project Manager, Supplier Management and key stakeholders on operational purchasing issues and share best practice
 Understand impact of data accuracy in external purchasing orders
 Feedback system issues to the relevant responsible contact
 Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders understanding the interactions with other processes workflows and areas. Communicates updates and new developments to relevant key stakeholders
 Ensure usage of correct tools, System competence, master data, transactions and reports in order to perform business tasks and identify process execution gaps. Feedback system issues to the relevant people.
 Execute administrative activities across several areas or functions, delivering high quality service to the relevant stakeholders, with consistent communication and high level of efficiency, resulting in high level of satisfaction
 Maintain quality mindset by collaborating, benchmarking and running continuous improvement actions. Share and implement best practises
 Understand and support inventory management as per financial guidelines
 Understand and execute customer contract management activities
 Minimum graduate degree
 Should have relevant 2-5 years' experience in project coordination in SCM and procurementÂ
 Adequate knowledge about logistic and ability to maneuver cases at regional levelÂ
 Demonstrate good communication skillsÂ
 Adequate knowledge about SAP - SD, PS and MM
 Ability to manage Packaging or Processing projects
 Demonstrate autonomy in managing projects with support in case of need
 Ability to interact all relevant Stakeholders
 Adequate customer contract management knowledge
