Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company s technology strategy.
- Lead and mentor the technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Provide technical guidance and support during project planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including frameworks such as Node.js, React.js, and Angular.js.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
