Testing Manager (10-12 yrs)

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

- Extensive experience in end to end delivery of projects and accounts (Min of 3)

- Should build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts/Projects, customer stakeholders and sponsors

- Should ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives, value adds and improvements to internal and external stakeholders

- Develop new business with clients and/or identify areas of improvement

- Should be well versed with T&M, FP, FMB and other delivery models and executed at least two models

- Develop project plans to meet client goals and objectives

- Well versed with planning, Execution, Reporting and Strategy Development.

- Responsible for meeting Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards.

- Conducting tests as per predetermined quality criteria.

- Responsible for Process Improvement for both organization and client.

- Responsible for establishing goals, KPIs/KRIs, communicating to the team members and assessing their progress towards the Goals.

- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

- Supervising Testers, overseeing Testing Procedures

- Tracking engagement progress and providing updates to all internal and external stakeholders

- Should drive meetings such as Weekly/Bi-Weekly and Steering

- Keeping abreast of developments in testing equipment, methods, and standards.
