Join our team as a Test Engineer where you will ensure the highest product quality and reliability through rigorous testing and validation processes. As a certified ISTQB advanced level professional, you will apply proven testing methodologies to identify issues early, minimize risks and ensure that our solutions exceed our customers expectations. Your expertise will play a critical role in the success of our projects by ensuring performance, stability and compliance with industry standards. If you are passionate about quality assurance and enjoy solving complex testing challenges, this role is for you.

Your tasks will include:

Apply comprehensive testing methodologies such as black box, white box and exploratory testing to ensure solid test coverage and identify defects at all levels of the product
Design and execute manual tests and develop automated test scripts using appropriate tools to improve the efficiency, accuracy and repeatability of test processes
Use defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA) to efficiently log, monitor and manage defects and ensure timely communication and resolution. Also use test management platforms to organize and manage test cases, plans and results
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using scripting and programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#) to streamline regression testing and accelerate delivery cycles

Collaborate with our regional labs to enhance and expand the testing ecosystem, ensuring the highest quality standards for our firmware

Ideally you will bring:

You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Firmware Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field
Several years of experience in firmware testing, quality assurance, or test engineering in complex systems
ISTQB Advanced Level or higher (e.g., Analyst/Technical Test Analyst)
You are proficient in MATLAB and Simulink, as well as programming in C and C++. Familiarity with software development and specification tools is desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Intercultural competence, assertiveness, proactivity and the ability to work independently
Solid spoken and written English skills, the ability to communicate ideas effectively in a professional environment and a good understanding of industry-specific terminology
