• Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process, compliance and audit
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management

• Leading Payroll / Pensions, Reward & Benefits projects in conjunction with Market COEs like annual salary review, bonus scheme, annual benefits statement, etc..
• Preparing test plans, creating test cases, executing and tracking defects, preparing & submitting test closure reports
• Performing yearly reconciliations of data, initiating corrective measures and identifying process controls by working along with the Admin Teams
• Taking up project end to end execution independently
• Efficiently handling tasks and project deliverables with regular updates to partners
• Leading governance calls and providing project status to management

- Ability to translate legislation into language that is understood by the business - Strong verbal and written communication - Adv MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) - Project Management, Planning & Organising - Problem solving, Analytical Ability - Eye-to-Detail, Process coaching - Process Mapping Tools & Techniques
- Experience of working in a UK Payroll, Pensions, Benefits and Reward Services - Strong understanding of Tesco Payroll / Pensions and Reward systems, processes and policies - Project management certified (desired)
