- Drive sales and promote products such as CASA, Micro ATMs, AEPS, and Insurance to individual customers, businesses, and retailers in assigned territories.
- Identify and appoint distributors and retailers in both rural and urban locations to expand the reach of banking products.
- Focus on increasing the retail network, ensuring that the partners understand the product features and benefits, and drive customer acquisition through these channels.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and market trends. Use insights to optimize product offerings and sales strategies.
- Provide training and continuous support to appointed distributors and retailers, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to sell banking products effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders (distributors, retailers, etc.) to foster a mutually beneficial partnership.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set for different banking products. Regularly track sales performance and strategize on improving sales numbers.
- Directly engage with end customers to explain the benefits and features of the products, including CASA, Micro ATM, AEPS, and Insurance, and close sales.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and reports.
