Job Description

  • We are in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for the role of Territory Manager Nellore
  • This position will be at work level 4, based in Nellore/ Tirupati and will report to the Regional Sales Manager

    • Job Responsibilities -

  • Full Responsibility and Ownership of the Aftermarket business in the respective region
  • Daily coordination with Distributors retailers and make sure that smooth transactions
  • Market visit based on the allotted task which is related to demand generation activities
  • Appointing managing the Distributors (New and Existing)
  • Achieving the sales target of the region planning for sales development of existing New areas
  • Monthly Distributor Score Card review
  • Mentoring and guiding his FSRs follow company SOPs and implement in the field
  • Manage escalations related to receivables from Distributor
  • Understand companys vision/Mission/Goals and take action in that direction to create right output
  • Create clear and effective communication among the team
  • Ability to understand and analyse data effective utilization of data to drive objectives

  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Basic understanding of logistics at a distributor point
  • KPIs
  • 100% Task compliance
  • Increasing trend of percentage of successful task closures
  • 100% SOP compliance by Distributors (DSC Score ~ 100%)
  • No distributor in credit lock

    • Education Experience

  • Experience of 5 8 years in frontline Retail sales and Distributor management
  • Industry Manufacturing /Engineering firms, Auto components, oil, batteries, OEMs
