Educational Qualification:- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related field

Years of Experience: 5 - 7 Years

Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer with a focus on server management.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and related technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, services, and architectures (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, etc.).
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows security best practices.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V and hybrid cloud infrastructure is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and provide technical support.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or CCNP will be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure, including server installation, configuration, and ongoing administration.
• Monitor and analyze network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability for all servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related to servers, network connectivity, and security.
• Install, configure, and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other server roles and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including patch management, backups, and disaster recovery planning for server systems.
• Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary measures to safeguard network infrastructure and data.
• Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of network upgrades and expansions, ensuring scalability and performance optimization.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams regarding server-related issues.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and knowledge sharing.
