Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard new corporate clients for salary account tie-ups.
- Build strong relationships with HR and finance teams of corporate clients to ensure smooth salary processing.
- Conduct corporate presentations and employee engagement programs to promote banking products and services.
2. Relationship Management:
- Manage relationships with existing corporate clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Address concerns and queries of corporate employees regarding salary accounts, loans, and other financial products.
- Ensure timely resolution of service-related issues for corporate customers.
3. Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation:
- Promote and sell banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, insurance, investment plans, - and digital banking solutions to salary account holders.
- Achieve sales targets for various financial products through corporate salary relationships.
- Identify potential business opportunities within the corporate ecosystem.
4. Customer Service & Retention:
- Provide seamless banking experience and high service standards to corporate clients and their employees.
- Ensure retention of salary accounts by offering personalized financial solutions and excellent service.
- Conduct periodic reviews and engagement activities to strengthen corporate relationships.
5. Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to banking policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC norms while onboarding new corporate clients and employees.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of corporate salary accounts.
- Keep updated with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting corporate banking.
