Manager - Non Litigation (8-13 yrs)

Opening in Leading Company as NON LITIGATION MANAGER

Job Description:

- To handle end-to-end legal work for the Company with respect to Suits filed by and/ or against the company in various forums.

- Drafting/reviewing and negotiations of various contracts / documents with counter-parties and ensuring their expeditious execution.

- Work closely with the seniors to oversee and coordinate the formulation and finalization of contracts and ensure the company is following applicable regulations.

- Structure and negotiate agreements with vendors, partners, and third party related to emerging technologies.

- Liaison with both, business and clients for contracts and ensure compliance.

- Tracking execution of final agreements, and ensuring proper filing of all the executed agreements / amendments.

- Keeping track of executed documents/agreements, and ensuring their timely renewals.

- Identify, plan and mitigate the risk areas and providing firm constructive advice in resolving complex work situations.

- Responding to and addressing any concerns that employees, customers or vendors may have w.r.t any documentation / process.

- Drafting legal correspondence, collating information and responding to legal issues related to government bodies, vendors, customers and employees.

- Undertaking Legal Research with respect to key projects that may be undertaken by the Company.

- Any other responsibilities assigned by the immediate senior and/or HOD.

- Responding to legal notices and handling MIS, making presentations for Advisory function

- Manage good relations with internal and external parties such as regulators, and external counsels.
