Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Tender Executive to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience. As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for managing the tender process and supporting our tender submissions across various platforms.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in preparing tender documents, including technical and financial proposals.
- Ability to manage tender processes and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
- Proficiency in navigating and using GeM (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in navigating and using CPP (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in navigating and using various tender portals (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding of tender guidelines and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, from initial tender searches to final submission.
- Prepare and compile tender documents in line with the tender requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Ensure compliance with tender specifications and administrative requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of tender submissions and track their status.
- Analyze tender documents and identify key requirements and deadlines.
- Respond to tender-related queries and provide support to internal teams.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and stakeholders
