Tender Executive

enviro India is looking for Tender Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications
• Prepare Technical Financial bids in assistance with seniors & Prepare documents for e-Tendering on portals
• Receive and deal with enquiries from Clients concerning Tenders
• Also Regular Follow-up with prospective buyers for a Purchase Order
• Drafting and Negotiation of agreements/commercial contracts needed for business operations
• Able to manage proactive communication with Client and interface with other disciplines
• Good command over the english language & Communication
• Practial knowledge of excel & its various function

Qualification Any Graduate

We are looking for a candidate with suitable experience in preparation of tender documents & tender submission process.
