Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in hiring front-line sales professionals, ideally within the NBFC or financial services industry. As part of our dynamic HR team, you will play a critical role in driving recruitment for sales roles across various regions, ensuring we attract top talent to fuel our growth. You will collaborate with department heads, sales managers, and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and effectively source, assess, and onboard high-performing sales individuals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Front-Line Sales Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for front-line sales roles (e.g., Sales Officers, Relationship Managers, Sales Executives, etc.), ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Use multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify top candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales leaders to understand team requirements and collaborate on hiring strategies for diverse regions and locations.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to effectively attract and retain top talent.
  • Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Manage offer negotiations, ensure smooth documentation, and lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Experience: 2-5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on front-line sales hiring, preferably within an NBFC, banking, or financial services organization.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of the front-line sales function, particularly in financial services.
    • Proficient in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
    • Ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
