Role Description Event Management Intern: Join TEMS Tech Solutions as an Event Management Intern and play a crucial role in supporting the organization and execution of company events. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced event planners, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the successful planning and execution of various corporate events.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events, including conferences, workshops, product launches, and networking events.

Support the development of event concepts, themes, and agendas to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Help identify and secure event venues, vendors, and other necessary resources to ensure successful event execution.

Assist in creating and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring events are delivered within budget.

Coordinate event logistics, including registration, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodation.

Prepare event materials, such as invitations, agendas, presentations, and promotional items.

Assist in promoting events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and company websites.

Gather and analyze feedback from event participants to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create post-event reports and highlight key outcomes and learnings.

Requirements:

Interest in event planning, project management, and technology, with a strong desire to pursue a career in event planning or related fields.

Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected challenges effectively.

Previous coursework, projects, or internship experience in event planning or related fields is advantageous but not required.
