Sr. Business Analyst

Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple project assignments.
• Ability to independently research topics using available tools like SharePoint and other document repositories. 
• Ability to see the big picture and determine how application changes will impact other systems.
• Organizational skills; coordination of meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Ability to recognize up/downstream dependencies.
• Knowledge of applicable system/s.
• Prior experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Business Analysis Tools (Must Have):

• MS Visio or similar tool experience is needed.
