Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BDM who can adapt to the evolving landscape of new-age communication platforms and CPaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong relationship-building skills to drive meaningful conversations with key stakeholders, generate new business opportunities, and successfully manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Preferred Industry: CPaaS / Telecom / Enterprise Communication
Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech / MBA (Preferred)
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing / Sales is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire large enterprise clients across diverse sectors
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales funnel to ensure consistent business pipeline
- Drive end-to-end sales process - from lead generation to deal closure
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Conduct impactful presentations and product demos for potential clients
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, pre-sales) to align on client requirements and offerings
- Understand and stay updated on the evolving needs of industries such as Gaming, E-commerce, EdTech, BFSI, NBFC, Fintech, ISV, etc.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of CPaaS solutions, telecom products, and enterprise communication technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Proven ability to build relationships at CXO/decision-maker level
- Highly self-motivated with a hunger to achieve targets and earn performance-based incentives
