Vontier is seeking a Learning and Talent Administrator with expertise in managing and optimizing learning and talent systems, tools, workflows, and integrations. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to key stakeholders, supporting the administration of learning, talent, ID&E, and performance management systems and initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle. This role requires strong analytical skills, project management, and attention to detail to drive user engagement and enhance system performance for all Vontier employees. This role reports to the Global Talent Management Business Partner and is part of the Talent, Learning, ID&E and Performance Management Center of Excellence (COE).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Configure, load, and maintain courses & learning paths in MyLearning/LinkedIn Learning
Update UX (look and feel) of MyLearning dashboard in Absorb LMS
Update UX (look and feel) of Sharepoint for AMS / Learning / ID&E Programs
Maintain Learning and Talent Hub on Sharepoint with up-to-date calendar & recordings
Coordinate and add VILT/ILT/VBS/ all learning sessions to MyLearning / Enterprise learning calendar and catalog
Edit training recordings in Microsoft Stream and upload them to MyLearning
Prepare and distribute post-training materials, including recordings, and summaries
Schedule and configure LVC/VILT on MS Teams (eg breakout rooms, polls, Q&A)
Provide real-time tech. assistance related to audio, video, or connectivity during class
Coordinate with Comms to keep employees informed about available training, schedules, registration deadlines
Issue digital learning badges, manage leaderboards, and design scoring process for gamification on a regular basis and track completions / certifications / awards
Assist performance & talent process to identify strengths & areas for development
Create post-session feedback forms for all learning sessions
Remove references to Fortive and Danaher within existing MyLearning content/materials
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for talent, learning, performance, and ID&E requests with key metrics
Pull attendance and NPS/Satisfaction reports for all learning sessions
Aggregate learning measurements from across all OpCos
Schedule and collect ongoing feedback & progress reports for enterprise mentoring and sponsorship
Keep accurate records of training materials, attendance, certifications, and retention periods
WHO YOU ARE
5+ years of related experience administering talent and learning systems Current on latest learning and development and talent systems Exceptional communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Strong interest in driving impact and efficiency through the thoughtful application of Vontier s internal AI tools Resourceful, action-oriented self-starter who can overcome obstacles by developing creative solutions to problems Experience managing data migration and performing quality testing
