Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our InsureTech team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in creating business pipelines with an understanding of the insurance industry and a passion for helping customers for all service and claim queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Were building up a business from scratch. This would require the candidate to be completely involved in the business and -

• Talk to customers, be sensitive to them and understand their pain points.
• Understand the industry, the products and suggest the best options available to the customer which may vary from a case-to-case basis.
• Create metrics and content that helps the Inside Sales team to effectively reach out to the leads and ensure conversions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with partners as and when required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve customer concerns within the designated TATs.
• Monitor and report on ops processes and provide insights for improvement.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities of business expansion.
• Attend industry events and stay up-to-date on industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience on servicing of financial products, preferably health insurance.
