• Managing end to end telesales for retail business.
• Managing call centre related activities - Training, Quality, reports interdepartmental coordination.
• Responsible for C-sat and compliance of the call centre.

• Responsible for driving sales through Call centre.
• Generating required output from Digital sales.
• Responsible for hiring the right talent for call centre.
• Ensuring Service levels are always achieved.
• Responsible for TAT, post booking to car Delivery.
• Responsible for ongoing scheduling training & maintaining the right quality for the
  process.

• Graduation
• 5 years experience in BFSI industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
