The Role.
This is a contract on-site role for a Call Center Executive at Teleradiology Solutions in Bengaluru.
The Call Center Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, handling customer service inquiries, managing communication with clients, and supporting contact center operations..
You Will Be Responsible For.
Customer Support, Customer Service, and Communication skills.
Experience in Contact Centers and Sales.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Previous experience in a healthcare or telecommunication setting is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
