About The Role ::Votiko is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to engage in telemarketing, leads generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verification.

Whether you're an experienced professional or a fresh graduate, we encourage you to apply if you possess strong communication skills, fluency in English, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities.

Conduct telemarketing activities, including lead generation and appointment setting.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls for B2B and B2C clients.

Conduct surveys and verification processes to ensure data accuracy.

Provide exceptional customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.

Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance targets.

Requirements.

Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcomed.

Fluency in English is essential.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Age limit:Below 40 years.

Ability to work night shifts.

Location Preference:We prefer candidates from nearby cities of Surat.

Compensation.

Competitive salary ranging from INR 20,000 to 40,000 per month.
