International NON-VOICE Process Associate-GGN

Role & responsibilities:

Customer Care Executive - International Voice Process Handling customer queries and problems related to the product or process.
Work Mode - In OfficeLocation - Gurugram, Sector 18

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate/ Undergraduate.
• Must have BPO experience of minimum 6 months with valid documents such as offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last 3 months salary slips.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have good hold in spoken English.

Working Schedule:

• 5 days working with rotational offs.
• 9 hour shifts including 1 hour break.
• For the first three months from the date of joining casual leaves will not be allowed.

• Salary Structure: 25k CTC - 35k CTC
