Job Description
We are currently hiring!!!
Designation- Soft Skills Trainer
Location - Mohali / Indore
Shift- Rotational Day Shift (6 Days working - 1 week off)
- Minimum 3 years of total work experience in a voice / back office program. Should have worked in an International/premium contact background.
- Out of 3 years, minimum 2 years of experience as a soft skills or blended trainer in voice / back office program.
- Customer service oriented. Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- High proficiency in spoken (English & Hindi) and written (English) communication
- Should be aware of coaching and feedback mechanism
- Certified trainers from prestigious institutions shall be preferred.
