Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through chat support to international clients.
  
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via chat platform.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot various complex technical issues, using the available knowledge articles and framework abiding by the clients policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in non-voice processes such as technical support or customer service.
  
• Strong communication skills in English language for effective written correspondence with customers.
• Willing to work 24/7 with rotational off's ( US Shifts )
