Qualification - Must be a graduate

Experience - 4 to 8 years

Must have experience in handling leading a team of tele callers and mentors/ counsellors

Salary - 45k ctc

Position summary -

• Project Lead for CDC (Barclays) is responsible to mobilize candidates of 18+ years and above from community like Women from marginalized segment, PWD, LGBTQ, Community men & school drop outs etc. to train and equip them for placements.
• He must familiar with door to door mobilization process and network with community leaders etc. Mobilization + batch formation + Training + placement - These are the end to end operational activities if this resource.
• Beneficiaries documents are to be collected and maintained.
• Placement POEs are to be aligned as per the requirement.

• Mobilization planning and execution

• Marketing activities for community batch formation

• Guiding mobilizers to mobilize and form batches

• Attending Job fairs & Community meetings to brand GTTF & mobilize candidates

• To establish NGO & Community college network

• To establish employer, connect for CDC batch placements

• To collect and submit Placement POEs as per the project requirement
