Manager - Direct Sales - Insurance (1-2 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Direct Sales Manager to join our team in Whitefield. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales. This role involves leading a sales team, acquiring new customers, and driving business growth through direct sales strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Create and put into action direct sales strategy to increase revenue and meet organizational goals.

- To improve performance, hire, develop, and oversee a group of sales executives or agents.

- Find and bring on new clients through networking, field sales, and recommendations.

- Maintaining solid ties with current clients will help you increase sales.

- To find possible company prospects, do market research.

- Track and evaluate sales results, offering practical suggestions for enhancement.

- Make sure team members reach or surpass their yearly and monthly sales goals.

- Organize frequent training sessions, sales meetings, and incentive campaigns.

- Verify adherence to industry rules and corporate policy.

- Send top management updates and reports on time.

Candidate Profile:

- A minimum of two years of field sales experience, including at least one year in BFSI sales.

- A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.

- Excellent leadership, team management, and motivating skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to effectively create and implement sales tactics.

- Expertise with CRM technologies and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel across Whitefield and the surrounding regions for company growth.
