Outside Sales Role (2-5 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Bellary. The ideal candidate has 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C sales, and a strong ability to build client relationships, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct field sales.

- Generate and qualify leads to sell products/services to individual and corporate clients.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide after-sales service for customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and client interactions in CRM software.

- Work closely with internal teams to optimize lead conversion and sales strategies.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in direct sales, B2B, or B2C.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives.

- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel within Bellary and nearby areas to meet clients.
