Outside Sales Role - BFSI (2-6 yrs)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong client relationships through in-person interactions and direct sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Seek out and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.

- Conduct meetings and presentations with clients to highlight products and services.

- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

- Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet set targets.

- Keep detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

- Stay informed of market trends and competitor actions to capitalize on opportunities.

Requirements:

- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not mandatory.

- Previous experience in outside sales or a related field is desirable.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.

- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
