Sales Professional - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution network.

Key Performers :

- Utilize strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Generate leads through various channels and networking.

- Lead and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.

- Meet with potential clients to discuss insurance options with the channel sales team.

- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Any field
