Officer - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.

- Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Address customer queries and provide solutions to meet their needs.

- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
