Job Description:
The Agency Channel Manager is responsible for driving business growth in a designated region by recruiting, training, and leading a team of financial advisors to meet sales targets and achieve success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to meet sales objectives.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team success.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and improve overall sales performance.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and assess competition.
- Create effective strategies for agents to target key customer segments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A graduate degree is a must.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing across any industry.
- At least 3 years of residence in the area or native to the region.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on guiding and inspiring teams.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities with both agents and clients.
