Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-7 yrs)

Role & responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers.

- Recruit and develop a strong agency network.

- Identify and onboard new clients in the insurance sector.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.

- Track performance and present sales reports.

- Build lasting relationships with clients to drive business growth.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales & marketing.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

- Must be a local candidate.

- Graduation is mandatory.
