Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to sell insurance products through bank branches. In this role, you will promote life insurance solutions to customers and collaborate with bank staff to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and staff to generate leads.

- Conduct quick needs assessments with walk-in customers to identify suitable life insurance solutions.

- Educate customers about available life insurance products and their benefits.

- Motivate bank staff to proactively recommend insurance policies to clients.

- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.

- Ensure adherence to internal sales procedures and maintain high service standards.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- A graduate degree is mandatory.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.

- Must have been a resident or native of the area for at least 3 years.

-Basic understanding of banking and insurance operations.
