Role:
A Sales Development Manager leads a team of SDRs, focusing on generating new leads and building a strong sales funnel. They ensure the team meets its objectives by managing performance, coaching, and developing effective strategies.
Responsibilities :
1.Employ, train, and acclimate new sales team members.
2. finding fresh business prospects.
3. Assist the team in creating a solid sales pipeline and acquiring new clients.
4. Hire, train, and orient new salespeople.
5. Encourage teamwork and maintain objective focus.
6. Improve team performance and sales procedures on a constant basis.
Requirements :
Any Graduate
- At least two to three years of field sales and marketing experience
Age range: 21-38
- Strong leadership and motivational skills in a sales team.
- Abilities in communicating.
