Job Title: Sales Development Manager

Job Purpose:

The Sales Development Manager in the Agency Channel will be responsible for driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with agency partners, ensuring the growth and profitability of the business within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and preserve a solid rapport with both new and current agents.

- Develop and implement successful sales strategies inside the agency channel to meet sales goals.

- Determine fresh business prospects in the industry and create plans to take advantage of -them.

- Create frequent reports on market trends, agency growth, and sales performance.

- By following up frequently and resolving issues, you can guarantee high levels of client satisfaction.

Desired candidate profile:

Education : Graduation is mandatory

Experience : Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)

Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years

Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)

Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
