- Ensure that corporate policies and legal requirements are followed.

- Lead and guide the agency channel, encouraging a culture of achievement and positivity.

Requirements:

- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
