About the Role:

As a Territory Sales Officer, you will work alongside Insurance Advisors to drive sales and expand the customer base within your designated territory. This role emphasizes recruitment, training, and ensuring the team achieves their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and train Insurance Advisors to ensure optimal performance.

- Implement localized sales strategies to maximize market penetration.

- Evaluate advisor performance and implement improvement strategies.

- Maintain strong relationships with agencies to drive growth.

- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and product expertise.

Key Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of sales experience or agency management experience.

- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree.

- Excellent communication and coaching skills.

- Age range: 22 to 35 years.

Compensation:
