Job description: Direct sales manager

Location: Thrissur

Reports to: Sales manager

Overview :

A Direct Sales Manager responsible for leading and managing a sales team to drive revenue growth through direct sales efforts. The role involves developing sales strategies, setting goals, and ensuring the team achieves.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

- Train and mentor sales team members to improve performance and product knowledge.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1+years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.

- Frequent travel may be required depending on the geographical scope of the sales team.
