The Sales Development Manager in the Agency Channel is responsible for driving business growth within an assigned area by developing and managing a network of high-performing agents.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train a team of agents to drive business growth in the assigned area.
- Develop strategies to increase agent productivity and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to agents to ensure optimal results.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support agents in achieving their sales objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the insurance sector.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
