Manager - Direct Sales - BFSI (1-4 yrs)

Overview :

The Direct Sales Manager will work closely with agents to enhance product knowledge, improve sales strategies, and ultimately increase revenue for the company. his role involves managing relationships with insurance agents, supporting them in their sales efforts, and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to meet company sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct interviews and onboarding sessions for new agents, providing them with the tools and resources to succeed.

- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance agents' selling skills.

- Set sales targets for agents, track their progress, and ensure goals are met or exceeded.

Assist agents in conducting market analysis and identifying new business opportunities.

- Analyze sales trends and provide feedback to the agency and product teams to improve sales strategies.

- Maintain accurate records of agent activities, sales, and commissions to ensure proper documentation and reporting.

- Help resolve customer complaints or issues related to policies and ensure that agents are providing effective solutions.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create campaigns and promotions tailored to customer needs.

Skills :

- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with agents and clients.

Criteria :

- 1+ year sales experience

- Graduate

- Local preferable

- 21-38 Age
